Interesting Shit: The Baha'i Faith

Heard of religion? No? Well who cares, it's not like in our country, one has a relatively higher chance of dying in religion related violence.......except UP.
Religion!!! We all follow one or are forced  by our parents to follow one. The world is home to over 4300 recognized religions along with a number of tribal faiths and unrecognized ones. There are 6 major religions and our nation houses all of them.
One of them is the Baha'i Faith which I personally think is the best among all the religions in the world, no Yogi Adityanath, its not hinduism and no ISIS its not Islam. Now how many of you actually know about Baha'i, its not like one of India's most famous monuments-The Lotus Temple is dedicated to this religion, so its ok if u don't(even i learned about it an year ago).
Now, why did I say that this religion is my favourite, I mean I do live in a BJP loving household, so why take this risk? Turns out Baha'i stand for a hella good belief.
Their mean belief as Google says is this:The Baháʼí Faith is a religion teaching the essential worth of all religions, and the unity of all people.Baha'is believe that God periodically reveals his will through divine messengers, whose purpose is to transform the character of humankind and to develop, within those who respond, moral and spiritual qualities. Religion is thus seen as orderly, unified, and progressive from age to age.
Now while they do believe in a god(which is personally a major turn off), just me or does their main belief seems very useful in today's age and world among all the communal violence and terrorism which is mainly based on differences over religion and in a world where all these civil wars based on religion have taken place:

  • The Baha'i seriously believe that all religions are equal, that is what they promote. For them no belief is inferior than the other. They are asking their people to think just like how all logical and compassionate people in the world are telling all stupid morons to think like. 
  • This is where i am supposed to list a lot of data here saying how many people die of religion based crimes daily, our news channels do a good job sensationalising it and we all know its not going to make our day any better. 
  • But I am going to ask u this, take some time from your busy schedules of study and netflix and go on the internet and search about this, rather than seeing the data and graphs and charts and being sad about it think about all the people and families affected be these and then think how stupid it all is.
  • Now this isn't a new thing you would do, thousands of people do it everyday, feel bad and then order their pizza. Maybe they didn't search about religion, maybe they searched about something else which is probably listed in our constituition's preamble, but they definitely did.
  • Why am I still asking u to do this? Doing this won't make u more "woke" or a better person but it might make u a part of a better thoughtful mind process/community/crowd.
  • One of my favourite quotes is "one human is smarter than a crowd is foolish"  but at they end of the day, it seems like all we are doing together is foolish, so let's try not to.

    But no religion says they are the superior ones...these are just some stupid self-made theories of humans....not saying that you are wrong or something...its just a perspective. (I'm not into religious stuff..just sharing what I thought)

      I agree with U pancakes, no religion is superior and yes they're some stupid self made perspective, that is why i said the baha'i is my favorite religion cause they promote the exact opposite of what some people think in today's world

Rants and Deep Talks: Motivation

I spend a lot of my time thinking, it can be about anything, my future, the world's future, what other ways at the end of Endgame could have prevented Iron Man's death, Yaddah Yaddah Yaddah.  From time to time I like to play philosopher, mostly about myself, I am self absorbed that way.
